Wheelchair Access
The Olympiastadion Berlin offers comfort for disabled guests and those using wheelchairs through a total of 174 wheelchair seats, in order to accomodate disabled visitors interested in attending sporting and non-sporting events.
Driving Directions
Visitors driving to the stadium are asked to use the parking lot PO4, which offers wheelchair accessible parking. The exact number of parking spots may vary for events. Please ask the event organizer for exact numbers of parking spots. On event-free days, the Olympischer Platz can be used as a parking lot at no charge.
Public Transportation
At the S-Bahn stop Olympiastadion, an elevator is only located at the exit marked „Flatowallee“. The metro station “Olympiastadion” is also wheelchair accessible. Both the S-Bahn station and the metro stop Olympiastadion will guide you to the stadium’s main entrances at the East and South Gates. Please note that on event-free days, only the main entrance at the East Gate is open to the public.
Inside the Stadium
Guests in wheelchairs can easily access the lower stands via entrances in blocks C/D, G/H, J/K, N, Q/R and S/T. All seats for disabled people can be found in the inner gallery in row 41. Event organizers are asked to keep the row in front of row 41 reserved for those individuals accompanying disabled persons and to ensure that guests in wheelchairs have an unobstructed view of the infield and the track. An adequate number of kiosks and handicap-accessible bathrooms can be found in the lower stand areas as well.
Notice
The access routes through the East and South Gates, respectively, are recommendations only. In general, all entrance routes can be chosen individually. The concept for the support and care of guests in wheelchairs can change according to each event organizer.
