The visitor centre at Osttor is the central meeting point for guests from around the globe on event-free days.

You can receive all informations concerning tourist programs here and also buy your tickets for a tour here. You can chose to go explore on your own or take part in a guided tour. Additionally, you have the opportunity to purchase a souvenir for yourself or your friends. The visitor centre accepts cash or EC-/Maestro-Card.

20.03. - 31.05. from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
01.06. - 15.09. from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
16.09. - 31.10. from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
01.11. - 31.01. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
01.02. - 19.03. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

* Last admission 30 minutes before closing time. No viewing and guided tours possible on days with scheduled events! Please note the current notices. The bell tower‘s opening hours are seasonal and dependent on the weather. After Hertha BSC Berlin match days, the stadium opens at approximately 1 p.m.

** Prices are different when the stadium or bell tower is closed.

*** There are reductions for pupils, students, trainees, senior citizens, severely disabled persons, those in military or community service, unemployed, welfare recipients (valid identification required) and for groups of ten or more people.
